Hello Fall, Hello New Office

While fall has been busy bringing cooler weather and a new school year for many, I've been busy getting settled into a new space. This fall I joined Prism Therapy Group in Hiawatha, Iowa (Cedar Rapids metropolitan area).

I am so excited about having a space where I can see clients in person again! Don't worry, telehealth is also an option.

I have availability on Mondays and Fridays for in-person or telehealth care for individuals, couples/partners, and families. You can request an appointment with me through my Choosing Therapy listing, which allows you to view and request an appointment based on my real-time availability.

I will also be facilitating in-person, queer-centered group sessions in the group room at Prism on Monday evenings. There will be two groups, one for LGBTQ+ Group Therapy and one for LGBTQ+ Parenting Group Therapy. I've got a blog post coming about the group soon, but you can reserve your group therapy slot now.
